Half-Okie Woodcraft
Inspirational and Spiritual Dust-Collectors
Summer is here, and I’m “Falling” once again.
Making headway toward this Holiday season (that sounds way too early). Have limited my selection to a few different craft items. They’ll be on the gallery pages in a couple of weeks. I guess what I have found is that there are many more steps than you’d think in the production of ‘anything.’
I have discovered the truth of the saying, “The Devil is in the details,” as little things can derail a whole build item. An off-center screw rips the side of a piece, or the DA glue doesn’t hold like you hoped it would. Paint, you know, would work for a project, but it doesn’t, and other things.
Today’s been good. I took lots of photos for the product pages and have cut out a handful of Gnome noses (don’t ask). I hope you and yours are having a good, and not too hot, rainy, windy, or tornado-filled summer.
Thanks and Peace to you and yours, Alan
